PLACING AN ORDER
We recommend that all orders be placed via our e-store. Our web store is designed to provide you with all the information necessary in order to decide on the bouquet or arrangement that best suits your needs.

Next-Day Delivery & Advance Orders
If you would like your order to be collected or delivered the next day or on a date later in the future, please place your order at least one day before your preferred date of collection or delivery. Do note the order cut-off times as follows:
Orders received by 12pm the day before
Orders received by 4pm the day before
COLLECTION & DELIVERY ELIGIBILITY
Between 10am – 7pm on the order date
Between 2pm – 7pm on the order date
If you require flowers at short notice, same-day orders are possible. All same-day orders will be dispatched from (or, if preferred, ready for collection at) our studio by 4pm for arrival by 7pm on the same day. Same-day orders must be placed by 12noon on the day of delivery.
Our studio is located at 315 Outram Road, Tan Boon Liat Building, Unit 08-06, Singapore 169074 and is open daily including most public holidays, except the first and second days of Chinese New Year, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
We are able to arrange for collection of your order from any of the locations listed below at no additional charge.
Do note the collection hours at each location which have been set to ensure we are able to have your order ready for your when you arrive and may be different from the store opening hours.

Please note that collection is only available for bouquets, vase arrangements and gift boxes. We do not offer collection for floral stands.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
If you no longer require flowers and wish to cancel your order, we can assist with this. A full refund will be made for cancellations made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be non-refundable and will be transferred to store credit for your future purchases. We will credit your e-store account with e-store credit of the same value as the cancelled order. Please notify us via email at email@example.com of your request for cancellation and we will respond as soon as we can.
We operate a strict no-refund policy on our e-store. In the event you are dissatisfied with your flowers, please drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order with your feedback and pictures of your order in order for us to fully understand your concerns. Refunds will only be provided where photographs of the order are provided; we thank you in advance for your understanding.
If you are due a refund, you may expect to receive the refund within 14 days of receipt of your refund request. The refund will be made in the same mode as the mode of payment used when placing the order.
E-store credits are valid with no expiry date; however, you are encouraged to utilize your e-store credits within 6 to 12 months. We reserve the right to make amendments to our e-store credit policies at any time.
We are unable to deliver flowers outside of Singapore at the moment. If you are resident outside of Singapore and would like to purchase flowers for delivery within Singapore, we would be more than happy to help!
Return of Floral Stands
We offer a complimentary return collection service for all floral stand orders that do not include the purchase of the vase and wooden stand. If the original floral arrangement requires to be disposed, we can assist with this at no additional charge.
Funeral Floral Stands
For floral stands that have been ordered for condolence purposes, a collection service for the wooden stand and vase will be arranged on the day of the funeral as provided at the time of checkout. Please take care to confirm the date and end time of the funeral as we will not be held liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from unsuccessful collections arising due to the misinformation of the funeral (or wake) details. Additional charges may apply for repeat collections if the first collection was unsuccessful.
Celebratory & Other Floral Stands
For floral stands that have been ordered for occasions other than funerals, we will contact the recipient 3 days after delivery to enquire when the wooden stand and vase would be ready for collection. The recipient can opt for the wooden stand and vase to be collected up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Upon return of the wooden stand and vase to us in satisfactory condition, we will arrange for the refund of the deposit for the wooden stand and vase. You may expect to receive the refund within 14 days of the return of the wooden stand and vase to us; the refund will be made in the same mode as the mode of payment used when placing the order.
We would be glad to deliver your flowers for you and offer a delivery service seven days a week.
We are able to offer a same-day delivery service for urgent floral orders at a delivery charge of $25 per location. All same-day delivery orders will be dispatched from our studio by 4pm for arrival by 7pm on the same day. Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 12noon on the date of delivery.
Next-day and Advance Delivery
We offer the following two delivery services for next day and advance orders of bouquets, vase arrangements and gift boxes:
- Standard Delivery – your order will be delivered to you any time between 10am to 7pm. A delivery fee of $12 per location is chargeable.
- Deadline Delivery – your order will be delivered to you during a one hour time slot of your choice between the hours of 10am to 7pm (for example, 10am – 11am). A delivery fee of $25 per location is chargeable.
For orders of floral stands, we are only able to offer Deadline Delivery at an additional charge of $25 per location.
We are pleased to offer Standard Delivery on the house to one location for all orders above $300 in a single transaction.
Deliveries to Restricted or Remote Locations
The following additional charges will apply for deliveries to any of the below restricted or remote locations:
- Restricted Delivery Locations – additional surcharge of $18
These include airport cargo companies, airline roads and vicinity, Singapore Armed Forces camps, naval bases, Republic of Singapore Air Force bases, prisons, shipyards, Jurong Island and Seletar Aerospace.
- Remote Delivery Locations – additional surcharge of $5
These include Sentosa Island, crematoriums, columbariums, Marina Coastal Drive vicinity, turf clubs, Changi Loyang and Changi Coastal vicinity.
Deliveries during peak periods
We are extraordinarily busy during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. During these peak periods, you may expect the following changes to our normal policies:
- Delivery charges may be subject to a price increment;
- Flower prices may be subject to an increment;
- We may not be able to accommodate amendments to the details of your delivery order once confirmed; and
- Deliveries to certain locations may be halted.
We will inform you of the details of any such temporary policy changes in advance.
Changes to delivery details
If you would like us to deliver your flowers to a different delivery address, do drop us an email at email@example.com to let us know. Please note that we require a minimum of 3 working days’ in order for us to effect a change in your delivery address.
Accuracy of Recipient details
In order for us to ensure that your flowers are delivered on time with no hiccups, please take care to ensure that (i) the recipient’s name and contact details are provided correctly, and (ii) the delivery address is provided in full (including building name and postal code), at the time of placing the order. We will not be held liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from delayed or unsuccessful deliveries arising due to the misinformation of delivery details.
In the event that the delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to misinformation relating to the recipient’s contact details or delivery address, we can assist to arrange for re-delivery to a different location at an additional re-delivery fee of $25. The re-delivery will be arranged for the next soonest delivery timing; this may be on the same day as the original delivery date or the next day, and will be subject to the availability of our delivery slots.
Acceptance of Delivery
We will only be able to complete delivery of your order provided that there is someone at the delivery address to accept the flowers. Please ensure that the recipient or a representative is available at the address provided and during the duration of the selected delivery period to accept the bouquet. We will ask you for your contact number and the recipient’s contact number in the event we need to reach out to either party to facilitate delivery.
If no one is available to receive the flowers at the time of delivery, our delivery team will call the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions. If we are able to contact the recipient, and on his/ her instructions we are requested to leave the flowers at the delivery address, we will do so and will make every effort to leave them in a safe place (for example, the shoe rack, building reception or doorstep). Please note that we will bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to the delivered item from that point on.
If neither the sender nor the recipient can be contacted within 15 minutes of the delivery team’s arrival, the flowers will be returned to our studio while we await further instructions. We can assist thereafter to arrange for re-delivery at an additional re-delivery fee of $25. The re-delivery will be arranged for the next soonest delivery timing; this may be on the same day as the original delivery date or the next day, and will be subject to (i) the availability of our delivery slots, and (ii) how soon we are able to receive instructions from the sender or the recipient.
Deliveries to Marina Bay Sands
Marina Bay Sands has strict security policies relating to deliveries by third-party companies. We will make every effort to complete deliveries to this location but cannot be held responsible for delayed or unsuccessful deliveries arising due to a failure to obtain security clearance. Please note that we will not be permitted to make deliveries to hotel rooms; if you would like us to deliver to a recipient residing at the hotel, please add a delivery note for us to call the recipient on our arrival at the hotel lobby in order for them to meet us to collect the flowers.
Alcoholic drinks and food
If your order includes alcoholic drinks or items that have an age-restriction policy, we will require that the recipient be aged 18 years or older, with the appropriate photo identification for verification purposes.
- Our delivery team is instructed not to deliver packages containing alcohol to anyone who appears to be under the age of 18, and who is unable to prove their age with the appropriate photo identification.
- We may refuse delivery of any alcohol-related drinks or items to any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
In the event that a delivery is delayed or unsuccessful for reasons of the above, we can assist to arrange for re-delivery to a different location (or recipient) at an additional re-delivery fee of $25. The re-delivery will be arranged for the next soonest delivery timing; this may be on the same day as the original delivery date or the next day, and will be subject to the availability of our delivery slots.
