Subscription Guide

The following items can be subscribed to if you would like a repeated delivery of the same item at a regular frequency of your choosing:

• Bouquets
• Single Variety Flowers

To subscribe, check the “I would like a repeated delivery” box on the product page of the arrangement you wish to subscribe to. Subscriptions are delivered either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly on a fixed day of your choice any time between 10am to 7pm.

BUNDLE OF THE DAY

If you – like us – love a good surprise and love getting them on the regular, subscribe to a Bundle of the Day and receive a mystery bunch of seasonal flowers, hand picked and put together by our team, at a frequency of your choosing.

To subscribe to Bundle of the Day:

(1) CHOOSE BETWEEN SINGLE VARIETY AND MIXED BUNCH

Single Variety – Receive a bundle of the same variety each time, but a different variety every delivery.
Mixed Bunch – Receive a mix of the best blooms from our studio, picked by our florists based on what is in season.

(2) PICK A SIZE

Choose from the four sizes available: $40 (approximately 8 stalks), $60 (approximately 14 stalks), $90 (approximately 20 stalks) and $120 (approximately 42 stalks).

(3) TELL US YOUR DELIVERY PREFERENCES

How often would you like to be surprised? Pick the total number of deliveries you would like to receive, whether you’d like your flowers delivered weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, and your preferred day of delivery. Subscriptions are delivered either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly on a fixed day of your choice any time between 10am to 7pm.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your subscription flowers will be a selection of the freshest flowers in season at the time. For this reason, we are unable to commit to any colour or variety in preparing the order and you should expect your flowers to vary from delivery to delivery. If you have any floral allergies please do let us know and we will do our best to avoid including these blooms. Please trust that we will make every effort to send you beautiful flowers that we know you will enjoy!

We are able to offer Standard Delivery for all subscription orders. Delivery charges will apply to each subscription delivery; this will be charged at our usual fee of $12 per location and your order will be delivered to you between 10am to 7pm on your selected day of delivery.

At Check Out, you will be prompted to pay for your full subscription order, the price of any add ons (for example, a glass vase) and the first delivery charge only. We will contact you one week before your next subscription order delivery date with a payment request for the next delivery. You will be sent a PayPal payment request for $12; this will be sent to you via the email address provided to us.

If you would like us to deliver your flowers to a different delivery address, do drop us an email at order@wonderland.com.sg to let us know. Please note that we require a minimum of 3 working days’ in order for us to effect a change in your delivery address.

If you have ordered (i) a bouquet or single variety flowers, (ii) opted for the add-on of a glass vase, and (iii) requested for a repeated delivery of these flowers, do note that we will only deliver the glass vase to you on the first delivery. On subsequent deliveries, your flowers will be bouquet wrapped (if you have ordered a bouquet) or wrapped in a market bundle (if you have ordered single variety flowers). You will only be charged for the price of one vase at Check Out.

If you have ordered a Bundle of the Day subscription and would like to add a vase to your order, your vase will be delivered to you on the first subscription delivery. On subsequent deliveries, your flowers will be bouquet wrapped (if you have ordered a bouquet) or wrapped in a market bundle (if you have ordered single variety flowers). You will only be charged for the price of one vase at Check Out.

We are able to accommodate temporary suspensions to your subscription order for a period of up to 4 weeks at a time; up to one suspension will be permitted for orders that are 6 months or shorter in length. You may notify us via email at order@wonderland.com.sg of your request for a suspension; please note that we require a minimum of 3 working days’ in order for us to effect your suspension. Your subscription period will be extended by the same length of time as the suspension period.

If, for whatever reason, you require to cancel your flower subscription, we can assist with this and will credit your e-store account with e-store credit of the same value as the unfulfilled subscription orders. You may notify us via email at order@wonderland.com.sg of your request for cancellation; please note that we require a minimum of 5 working days’ in order for us to effect your cancellation.

A Note on Floral Substitution

As with all things stemming from nature, availability of flowers may vary and will be subject to seasonality.

In the event of any supply difficulty due to seasonal differences or shipment delays, or if the flowers we received that are needed to create your order do not meet our standards, we may substitute floral choices with an alternate bloom of a similar style or texture, of equivalent (or greater) value and quality. This may be done without prior notice to you, but please trust that we will make every effort to pick the best blooms and understand your preferences before making a replacement.
