ORDERING

If you would like your order to be collected or delivered the next day or on a date later in the future, please place your order at least one day before your preferred date of collection or delivery. Do note the order cut-off times as follows:

ORDERING DEADLINE

Orders received by 12pm the day before

COLLECTION & DELIVERY ELIGIBILITY

Free Delivery: Between 9am – 1pm or 1pm – 7pm on the order date
Deadline Delivery: A one-hour timeslot between 10am – 7pm on the order date

Free Delivery: Between 1pm – 7pm on the order date
Deadline Delivery: A one-hour timeslot between 4pm – 7pm on the order date

If you require flowers at short notice, same-day orders are possible only for Mixed Bouquets at an additional delivery charge of $15 per location. All same-day orders will be dispatched from our Studio by 4pm for arrival by 7pm on the same day. Same-day orders must be placed by 12noon on the day of delivery.

Please note that same-day orders are not eligible for self-collection at our Studio. If you would like to place an order for collection on the same day, please give us a call at our Studio at 6222 0340.

We are able to arrange for collection of your Flowers For Occasions order from our Studio at no additional charge between the hours of 9am – 6pm. Please place your order by 12pm the day before
before your preferred date of collection.

To order flowers for self-collection, please place an order on our website as usual but do note the following:

  • In the field for Delivery Method, please select “Self-Collection at Studio”; and
  • In the field for Delivery Address, please indicate “WB Studio” and “169074” as the postal code. Please indicate your name and contact details in the fields for Recipient First Name, Last Name and Contact Number.

Please note that orders for Same-Day Delivery placed via our website are not eligible for self-collection at our Studio. If you would like to place an order for collection on the same day, please give us a call at our Studio on 6222 0340.

If you no longer require flowers and wish to cancel your order, we can assist with this, provided that your cancellation request is received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Please notify us of your cancellation request via our Order Suspension & Cancellation Form. We are unable to accept cancellation requests received via email and any such requests may be delayed. Cancellations are non-refundable and we will provide you with an e-voucher of the same value as the cancelled order. The e-voucher may be used on our website for your next purchase.

Each floral stand order is delivered with a vase (in which the flowers are arranged) and a wooden stand (on which the floral arrangement is displayed). With each order we offer a complimentary collection service for the return of the wooden stand and/or vase. If the original floral arrangement requires to be disposed of, we can also assist with this at no additional charge.

When making the selection for your floral stand, you will be asked to select a Stand Collection Date on which you would like us to collect the wooden stand and/or vase.

Funeral Floral Stands

For floral stands that have been ordered for condolences purposes, we recommend that the wooden stand and vase be collected on the day of the funeral. Please take care to provide the correct date of the funeral; we will not be held liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from unsuccessful collections arising due to misinformation of the funeral (or wake) details.

A collection charge may apply for repeat collections if the first collection was unsuccessful.

DELIVERY

If you would like us to deliver your flowers to a different delivery address, please notify us of your request to change your delivery address via our Order Change Request Form. Please note that we require a minimum of 3 working days’ notice in order for us to effect a change in your delivery address.

In order for us to ensure that your flowers are delivered on time with no hiccups, please take care to ensure that (i) the recipient’s name and contact details are provided correctly, and (ii) the delivery address is provided in full (including building name and postal code), at the time of placing the order. We will not be held liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from delayed or unsuccessful deliveries arising due to the misinformation of delivery details.

In the event that the delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to misinformation relating to the recipient’s contact details or delivery address, we can assist to arrange for re-delivery to a different location at an additional re-delivery fee of $25. The re-delivery will be arranged for the next soonest delivery timing; this may be on the same day as the original delivery date or the next day, and will be subject to the availability of our delivery slots.

In order to ensure that your flowers are delivered safely, we will endeavour to complete delivery of your order only where there is someone at the delivery address to accept the flowers. Please ensure that the recipient (or, in his absence, a representative) is available at the address provided during the duration of the selected delivery period to accept the bouquet. We will ask you for your contact number and the recipient’s contact number in the event we need to reach out to either party to facilitate delivery.

If no one is available to receive the flowers at the time of delivery, our delivery team will call the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions.

 

Where the Sender & Recipient cannot be contacted.

If we are unable to contact either the recipient or the sender, your order will be left at a safe place at the delivery address (for example, a shoe rack, the building reception or front doorstep). A photograph of the flowers and the location in which it has been left will be sent via email to the sender for reference. Please note that we will bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to the delivered item from that point on.

In the event that you have indicated that you would prefer for us not to leave the flowers at the delivery address by ticking the check box, “Please do not leave this order at the door if both the sender and recipient cannot be contacted at the time of delivery.” on the Check Out page, the flowers will be returned to our Studio while we await further instructions from the sender or the recipient. Please note that re-delivery of the flowers will incur additional charges.

 

Where the Sender or Recipient can be contacted.

If we are able to contact either the recipient or the sender, and on his/ her instructions we are requested to leave the flowers at the delivery address, we will do so. A photograph of the flowers and the location in which it has been left will be sent via email to the sender for reference. Please note that we will bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to the delivered item from that point on.

If the sender or recipient would like for the order to be delivered to a different delivery address on the same day, we may be able to assist, subject to the availability of our delivery team. Please note that such circumstances would constitute a re-delivery and will incur additional charges.

 

Re-delivery

We can assist to arrange for re-delivery of unsuccessful deliveries; an additional re-delivery fee of $25 will apply. The re-delivery will be arranged for the next soonest delivery timing; this may be on the same day as the original delivery date or the next day, and will be subject to (i) the availability of our delivery slots, and (ii) how soon we are able to receive instructions from the sender or the recipient.
