ORDERING & DELIVERY

We recommend that all orders be placed via our e-store. Our web store is designed to provide you with all the information necessary in order to decide on the bouquet or arrangement that best suits your needs.

If you require assistance prior to or after you have placed your order, you may reach out to our team via phone (+65 6222 0340) or email (order@wonderland.com.sg).

If you would like your order to be collected or delivered the next day or on a date later in the future, please place your order at least one day before your preferred date of collection or delivery. Do note the order cut-off times as follows:

If you require flowers at short notice, same-day orders are possible. All same-day orders will be dispatched from (or, if preferred, ready for collection at) our studio by 4pm for arrival by 7pm on the same day. Same-day orders must be placed by 12noon on the day of delivery.

For all orders placed via our e-store, we are able to accept payment by any one of the following methods:

  1. PayPal. You can make payment on this platform using your PayPal account balance, or any one of the major credit cards accepted on this payment system. If you opt to pay using your credit card, you will not be required to have a PayPal account in order to make payment.
  2. Stripe. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment system that facilitates payment via credit card and your Stripe wallet. Stripe accepts MasterCard, VISA and American Express. You may opt to store your credit card details for ease of future purchases. We are not able to accept cash on delivery or collection. Please note that all prices stated on the website are in Singapore Dollars.

We would be glad to deliver your flowers for you and offer a delivery service seven days a week.

Same Day Delivery

We are able to offer a same-day delivery service for urgent floral orders at a delivery charge of $25 per location. All same-day delivery orders will be dispatched from our studio by 4pm for arrival by 7pm on the same day. Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 12noon on the date of delivery.

Next Day and Advance Delivery

We offer the following two delivery services for next day and advance orders of bouquets, vase arrangements and gift boxes:

  1. Standard Delivery – your order will be delivered to you any time between 10am to 7pm. A delivery fee of $12 per location is chargeable.
  2. Deadline Delivery – your order will be delivered to you during a one hour time slot of your choice between the hours of 10am to 7pm (for example, 10am – 11am). A delivery fee of $25 per location is chargeable.

For orders of floral stands, we are only able to offer Deadline Delivery at an additional charge of $25 per location.

Free Delivery

We are pleased to offer delivery on the house to one location for all orders above $300 in a single transaction.

We will only be able to complete delivery of your order provided that there is someone at the delivery address to accept the flowers. Please ensure that the recipient or a representative is available at the address provided and during the duration of the selected delivery period to accept the bouquet. We will ask you for your contact number and the recipient’s contact number in the event we need to reach out to either party to facilitate delivery.

If no one is available to receive the flowers at the time of delivery, our delivery team will call the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions.

If we are able to contact the recipient, and on his/ her instructions we are requested to leave the flowers at the delivery address, we will do so and will make every effort to leave them in a safe place (for example, the shoe rack, building reception or doorstep). Please note that we will bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to the delivered item from that point on.

If neither the sender nor the recipient can be contacted within 15 minutes of the delivery team’s arrival, the flowers will be returned to our studio while we await further instructions. We can assist thereafter to arrange for re-delivery at an additional re-delivery fee of $25. The re-delivery will be arranged for the next soonest delivery timing; this may be on the same day as the original delivery date or the next day, and will be subject to (i) the availability of our delivery slots, and (ii) how soon we are able to receive instructions from the sender or the recipient.

We do deliver island-wide! For some areas that are restricted or remote, the following additional charges will apply:

  1. Restricted Delivery Locations – additional surcharge of $18
    These include airport cargo companies, airline roads and vicinity, Singapore Armed Forces camps, naval bases, Republic of Singapore Air Force bases, prisons, shipyards, Jurong Island and Seletar Aerospace.
  2. Remote Delivery Locations – additional surcharge of $5
    These include Sentosa Island, crematoriums, columbariums, Marina Coastal Drive vicinity, turf clubs, Changi Loyang and Changi Coastal vicinity.

If you would like us to deliver your flowers to a different delivery address, do drop us an email at order@wonderland.com.sg to let us know. Please note that we require a minimum of 3 working days’ in order for us to effect a change in your delivery address.

Yes, we do! Our delivery service operates seven days a week and we are ready to fulfill orders daily, with the exception of New Year’s Day, Christmas Day and the first and second day of Chinese New Year when the studio is closed.

We are able to arrange for collection of your order from any of the locations listed below at no additional charge.

Do note the collection hours at each location which have been set to ensure we are able to have your order ready for your when you arrive and may be different from the store opening hours.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We operate a strict no-refund policy on our e-store. In the event you are dissatisfied with your flowers, please drop us an email on order@wonderland.com.sg within 24 hours of receiving your order with your feedback and pictures of your order in order for us to fully understand your concerns. Refunds will only be provided where photographs of the order are provided; we thank you in advance for your understanding.

If you are due a refund, you may expect to receive the refund within 14 days of receipt of your refund request. The refund will be made in the same mode as the mode of payment used when placing the order.

Please accept our apologies if your flowers have arrived in a less than satisfactory condition! Please drop us an email at order@wonderland.com.sg within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do what we can to rectify the mistake as soon as we can.

If you no longer require flowers and wish to cancel your order, we can assist with this.

A full refund will be made for cancellations made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be non-refundable and will be transferred to store credit for your future purchases. We will credit your e-store account with e-store credit of the same value as the cancelled order. Please notify us via email at order@wonderland.com.sg of your request for cancellation and we will respond as soon as we can.

Depending on the flowers you are ordering, your flowers may arrive wrapped with paper and ribbons or bundled together in market-style packaging. This is so that the beauty of the flowers can shine and is not overshadowed by the packaging. If you prefer your flowers to be delivered in a vessel, we do offer an add-on option of a simple apothecary shaped glass vase; you can select this on the product page when putting the item in your cart. Additional charges will apply as follows:

Upon receiving your bouquet, unwrap and remove it from the packaging over a sink. Cut all stems at a diagonal for a fresh uptake of water and place it in a vase of water. Make sure that there’s no foliage below the waterline to prevent rotting. Keep the vase away from direct sunlight and sources of heat and the best place for your flowers is in a cool room. To prolong the vase life of flowers, cut the stems while changing the water daily and ensure that you clean the vase too to prevent bacteria build up. In our local climate, the bouquet will last about 3 to 4 days, and anything longer is a bonus!

OUR FLOWERS

All around the world! We work with flowers that are sourced from farms in Malaysia, Taiwan, China, New Zealand, Australia, Israel, Colombia, Kenya, South Africa, U.S.A, and also via the flower auction market for flowers from Holland.

We will always endeavour to send you the freshest and most beautiful blooms we can find. For this reason, all floral arrangements pictured on our e-store portray only the colour and style of the arrangement and the final product may vary from bouquet to bouquet in terms of floral choice and composition.

In the event of any supply difficulty due to seasonal differences or shipment delays, or if the flowers we received that are needed to create your order do not meet our standards, we may substitute floral choices with an alternate bloom of a similar style or texture, of equivalent (or greater) value and quality. This may be done without prior notice to you, but please trust that we will make every effort to pick the best blooms and understand your preferences before making a replacement.

Yes we do! Drop us an email at order@wonderland.com.sg with more information regarding your preferred flowers, colour scheme, and budget and our florists will pull together an arrangement that we believe you will enjoy. It is best to get in touch about a week in advance for bespoke designs.

You may notice that our bouquets are delivered long stemmed (except of course in the case of short stemmed floral types). This is our assurance to you of floral freshness; stems would have only been trimmed once or twice in the short time taken for it to find its way from the flower fields into your floral arrangement.

Delivering it to you long-stemmed also means you can keep your flowers for longer, especially if you diligently snip away a little of the stem ends every day.

Our current collection of vase arrangements are paired with ceramic vases from the good people at Marmoset Found, a Melbourne-based homewares brand that takes pride in carefully curating collections of beautiful everyday pieces. Each of the vases are designed in their studio and hand made by artisans in small family run businesses in India, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Japan.

Unlike what is commonly found, we do not use floral foam in our floral stands and instead arrange flowers in a vase placed on a wooden pedestal. This makes them a great decorating piece for any space, and is an easy way to elevate a showroom, office or special event.

The price stated is inclusive of the wooden pedestal and vase. You may opt to return the stand and vase to us to receive a refund of $90 upon return of the stand and vase in original condition. Simply check the box that says “I would like to return the stand” in the product options. If you would like to purchase the stand and vase, leave this box unticked and they are yours to keep.

Upon return of the stand and vase to us in satisfactory condition, we will arrange for the refund of $90 to you. You may expect to receive the refund within 14 days of the return of the stand and vase to us; the refund will be made in the same mode as the mode of payment used when placing the order.

EVENTS & CORPORATE ENQUIRIES

Yes we are and have assisted on a large variety of corporate events. Drop us an email at order@wonderland.com.sg with more information regarding your event needs and our florists will pull together some ideas that we believe you will enjoy.

We can, however at the moment we are only taking new corporate contracts for businesses that are located within the Tan Boon Liat Building. OUR STUDIO

Our studio is located at 315 Outram Road, Tan Boon Liat Building, Unit 08-06, Singapore 169074 and is open daily including most public holidays, except the first and second days of Chinese New Year, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Our studio is located in Plain Vanilla Home and you are welcomed to walk-in to browse and visit our workspace. If you would like to purchase flowers off the shelf, we will do our best to assist you using the blooms we have on hand on the day.

SUSTAINABILITY

All our packaging has been designed with longevity and waste minimisation in mind. We avoid run-of-the-mill flower wrappers, often made of a mix of unrecyclable artificial fibres, and use kraft paper to wrap our bouquets in a style that uses as little paper as necessary to protect and enhance the flowers. We encourage you to reuse or recycle the paper after unwrapping. Our floral stands and gift boxes are made of sturdy plywood so that they can be reused many times before they reach the end of their lifespan.

The only exception we have made in our plastic-free packaging range are the cellophane water bags in which we wrap the flower stems in to keep flowers fresh and crisp upon delivery. This, however, helps to minimise the need for other excessive packaging materials to achieve the same thing. Doing so also ensures a longer lifespan for your flowers.

Despite its obvious benefits of use, floral foam — used commonly for floral arrangements — contain large amounts of toxic substances and is not biodegradable. So we’ve found ourselves going back in time and learning from our predecessors who still managed to make beautiful arrangements before floral foam was invented. For installations, we mould chicken wire into the structures we need, and use a taped grid for our vase arrangements and floral stands.

As with all things stemming from nature, availability of flowers may vary and will be subject to seasonality.
