Care Information

Your arrangement will be delivered in a vase filled with fresh water to keep the flowers hydrated during the delivery process. The flowers have a vase life of approximately 5-7 days, while berries and foliage may last up to 10 days.

Upon receiving the arrangement, place the vase in your desired location at home, ensuring it is kept away from direct sunlight and ripening fruits. This will prevent shortening the lifespan of the flowers and foliage in your arrangement.

To enjoy your flowers for longer, change the water in the vase once every two days, trimming the ends of the stems to give your flowers a clean surface to absorb water. Add a dash of flower food (provided with every delivery) to help give your flowers’ lifespan a boost.

Subscription Information

Subscription

Our Flowers For the Home range of vase arrangements is available on a subscription-only basis. Deliveries will be made on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Our Christmas vase arrangements are also available as a gifting option in a single one-off purchase.

If you have selected a subscription period of three (3) or six (6) weeks, you will be charged the full amount of your subscription at Check Out. The price for each subscription order includes the number of flower arrangements you have selected. Delivery is free of charge. With each subscription you will also receive a complimentary vase which will be delivered to you with your final delivery.

Your first subscription order will be delivered to you on the date you have selected at the time of Check Out. Please note that if you have selected more than one Flowers For the Home vase arrangement in your cart, each of the subscriptions for these vase arrangements will be begin on the same date. Delivery can only be made to one address. Your subsequent subscription deliveries will be made on the same day in the following week.

Your order will be delivered to you in a vase, ready to display in your home upon its arrival. On each delivery, you will receive a new vase with freshly arranged flowers and our delivery team will collect the empty vase from the previous delivery. The vase used for the arrangement in your final delivery is yours to keep.

Delivery

We are pleased to offer free delivery for your Flowers For the Home subscription order. Please place your order by 12pm, two (2) days prior to your preferred delivery date.

Delivery is available daily and will be made between the hours of 9am to 7pm on the delivery day. We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. If you are unable to arrange for someone to sign for the delivery on the delivery date, your flowers will be placed in a safe location at the entrance of your home. We would also ask that the used vase be left in a safe place outside your home, ready for pick up.

Self-collection is not available for our Flowers For the Home range.
